5) India government corruption examples

India is home to one of the worst cases of government corruption in the world. This is largely due to the country’s lack of a transparent and accountable system of governance, as well as its weak infrastructure, which makes it easy for corrupt individuals to exploit loopholes.

One of the most infamous examples of government corruption in India was the Commonwealth Games scandal of 2010. In this case, more than $6 billion of public money was misused by government officials and contractors to build stadiums and other facilities for the event.
