14) Brazil:

Brazil has long been plagued by government corruption and there have been numerous cases of abuse of power over the years.

Most recently, there have been several cases of corruption revealed in the state-run oil company Petrobras. In one case, a senior executive was found to have taken millions of dollars in bribes for awarding contracts to construction companies.
