The costumer service in us bank there is horrible I called for an issue I had it was like 10:20 and nobody would answer until my 10th try to reach someone and when someone finally answered he said he couldn’t help me because he was with another costumer to call back at 11:00 if I could put 0 stars I would..👎

12. (MN) had an unhelpful, bad attitude, lack of customer service, and poor communication skills. She was unpleasant to be around and very unfriendly.

13. (MN) is incompetent, if you speak to (MN), ask to speak to anyone else, as he doesn’t know jack about his job.

14. This location does not treat its business customers fairly they have a line for business customers but they ignore you and just serve the normal line, often the business teller is at lunch during their business period over the lunch hour.

15. Understaffed. Rude Security guard, no respect for elderly customers. Previous staff were kind, empathetic & symphathetic with all walks of life. New staff is very stoci. Very cold.

16. Horrible customer service. They are rude. They need to understand that good customer service brings people to do business with that kind of attitude all they do is go all pro with technology so these can start loosing their jobs.

17. The worst (CN) ever. Only one teller during rush hour. Clearly the manager or the person running the place had no idea what they are doing.

18. Their manager is the worst and needs to be fire immediately. It’s disappointing to know (CN) would have a person like her representing them. Never had a problem with the company, until I called and talked with this branch.

19. This branch their customer service it’s the worst the (MN) there was not welcoming and really rude she was arguing why I was depositing my money inside the branch.

20. Very bad experience with the manager and the staff. They dont care your concern they even say we cannot do anything with your concern instead of helping you to solve the problem. Worse staff ever especially the manager un professional.

21. (MN) was rude I never had a horrible experience I came for the first time here because it was close to work but never again coming back here if I could I would put 0.
