01. Horrible experience. Always waiting too long. ATM went down and spent about an hour to barely fix the machine. Wish they had better work attitude and momentum.

02. I have been a customer of (BN) for 15 years and every time their service gets worse and they keep reducing their personnel in order to save money but they still charge me $12 dollars monthly for my checking account. There are 22 people in line today Saturday but only 2 tellers working

03. Poorest customer service ever. If you need to do something at this place, be ready to be treat like they own you a huge favor. Can’t even count the number of times they have made me feel uncomfortable there.

04. They need more tellers working especially on the weekends. When there’s a line of almost 20 customers waiting, management should realize that 2 tellers alone can’t assist everyone in a timely manner.

05. Line is always out to the door and only 2 tellers. Sometimes there are two people on the floor and one teller. It’s ridiculous. I will be going to another bank. This location should be closed because of their horrible service.

06. I write this review as I wait in another massive line trying to make a deposit. This branch and bank for that matter never fail to aggregate me. Always one bank teller working while everyone else walks around, back and forth, or sit at their desk pretending to work. You would think they would have a few employees step behind the booths and offer assistance to customers but I guess that would be too difficult of a concept to grasp.

07. Called to ask if they can print out a new debit card for me and they said of course just bring in 2 forms of ID. I drove over there and did just that and waited outside for 30 minutes. Came in there and they said they dont do that there and said “oh guess we had a misunderstanding on the phone. Hehe” worst branch ever

08. These people are completely incompetent. I came here a few weeks ago to pay my mortgage, and then I started getting harassed by a lady on the phone saying that my payment has not been posted. That my money is lost. No one reached out from customer service to give me an update and I keep getting phone calls that I have missed a payment. How can you just loose 2k? I’m really frustrated, proceed with caution with this bank.

09. Experienced system temporary shutdown on more than one occasion. Once while out of state I was not able to access my account via phone, digital wallet nor to a customer service rep. Due to the system shutdown I was stranded ( I could not get an Uber safely home) embarrassed and afraid.

10. I’ve tried to be patient because of Covid, as they are a smaller local Owned bank but the company makes it extremely difficult to bank with them. No pens/paper for night drops outside, horrible hours which they refused to extend despite no one being allowed inside. Customer service representatives work in The Philippines and they randomly block payments for “ fraud detection.” Absolutely nobody will help you on the weekends. Will more than likely be leaving this company soon.

11. I went in to send an international wire transfer and the person that does them asked if I could come back in an hour because she was on her lunch break. She said I should have called first. 👎🏼. Ended up driving to Canton instead where the staff is more accommodating.

12. Security guard was very rude and non understanding. And apparently they don’t have a bathroom open for anybody to use. Very ridiculous

Came to reopened an estate and was rescheduled to a different employee who had no knowledge of what I was trying to have done. I had to leave and comeback currently still waiting to be accommodated!!🤬🤬🤬
