15. The absolute best!! I trained with (TN) and i went from 17.4% to 14.4% body fat! Was super knowledgeable and helpful even on the FSU’s we didn’t have sessions. Gave me workouts on the days i didn’t train with him, helped with my food and always answered my texts. Going to renew and keep it going!!
