01. A little over 6 months ago I met with (TN), head trainer at (GN). He gave me a reality check of my body fat percentage and weight ratio. Since that day, every week, twice a week I have met with (TN) for my hour long training sessions.

While Working out in the gym I am also learning what foods to cut out of my diet and how to properly exercise. Not only has he helped change my lifestyle to a healthier one, but he has become a mentor, a friend and helped me boost my self confidence.

02. (TN) has been a dream to work with, pushing me beyond what I believed were my limits. The program is tailored to your goals and includes a mix of physical training, C.A.R.S training & diet. (TN) keeps track of the progress (yes, you have to take pics of your food 😉) and we adjust the matrix every 2 weeks.

03. (TN) is probably the most knowledgeable trainer in all of (City). He takes the time to understand your goals, develops a comprehensive plan, to include nutrition, supplements, lifestyle habits, and most importantly, holds you accountable to yourself.

His training sessions are intense, fun, and always careful to respect your injuries and stresses. Never pushes you too hard, but just to the brink as he takes the time understands your capabilities.

I have used many trainers over the years, most good, but I never met my goals until (GN).

Having used other personal trainers before, I can say (TN) and the rest of the (GN) team are significantly more educated and committed to your success than the trainers I have used in the past. I have already seen a tremendous change in my body composition and I am thrilled with the progress they have helped me achieve.
