11. My aim is to ensure I spark the intellectual curiosity of each and every student, to help them discover their interests and develop a sense of self. Growth in all ways, the willingness to adapt and embrace change and crucially – the development of leadership.

My focus is leading the students through values, on the kind of young people that our students become, with day-to-day school experiences and a love of learning, shaping them before they move on to extraordinary futures. I encourage every student to develop and satisfy their academic curiosity as well as to enjoy playing a part of our community.
