31. Never eat at this restaurant. The food was nothing resembling food. The meat was flour and all dishes cold and not eatable. The prices advertised on the wall for 16.75 was increased to 19.00 for no reason and the waitress waited at the table and won’t let u leave until u pay the new price they created. We said but it says 16.75 on the menu and she said ” No you pay 19.00 you pay you pay”
32. Just visited the restaurant after theatre and can only say how shocking the dots is. Cold, fatty, tasteless, dirty…I could go on. Do not go there.
33. Don’t get fooled by their low price point banner. It is tasteless, less than clean, and just yuck! Buffets tend to have something we will end up liking, but not here.
34. Really poor quality, worst buffet ever. I had read the previous poor reviews but as we were passing on a cold Jan lunchtime decided must be something on the buffet that would be decent quality. There wasn’t.
35. This was an awful experience amongst all the wonderful places we ate in NYC. The staff were miserable, the food was fatty, old, chewy and simply very poor quality. We also were charged a mandatory gratuity on the bill which we would have argued against had we not wanted to get out of there so badly to get some real food. Far and away the worst Chinese food that either of us have had – I would go so far as to say it’s an insult to Chinese food. Do not waste money at this restaurant.
36. I would NEVER tell anyone to eat here, this place was nasty. Nothing was fresh and the waitresses and waiters were horrible.
37. Politics aside , this pizza belongs at the most way in the middle of nowhere in a place that nobody has ever had real pizza…even there it should just disappear off the planet…please just go away!
38. I wish that I can give this place zero stars. I went there to pick up an order for a corporate client and was treated unprofessionally from the manager/owner. Personally I like kosher/vegan food however the manager/owner discriminates against non vegans as I was sent outside to eat my sandwich as I had to wait for them to prepare the cake which took about 15 to 20 minutes to prepare. She needs to learn how to treat everyone fairly and equally.
39. Don’t come here if you like your personal space… I am currently sitting at a table with my wife with two other couples about 6 inches from us on both sides… never again will I come here.
40. Avoid, food is really bland and pretty gross. Not sure why there is so much love for the place. Service was also very average. Left feeling very disappointed.
